In rural India, 4 out of 10 girls cannot read or write, but are actively engaged in all kinds of domestic work. Amongst the few lucky ones who get to study, most drop out before reaching higher levels of education. A research revealed that the problem actually lied in the psyche of men who ran the households. To bring about a change in the thinking of rural men, we came up with a novel idea.
